What is the shipping policy?

All orders are shipped FREE of charge via FedEx Ground.  Wholesale orders are shipped using standard ground FedEx rates.

How can I get my order faster?

Please call us at (844) 233-6235 and we will assist you in getting your order faster by another FedEx shipping method at an
additional cost.

What are the standard minimum order quantities if I get embroidery?

There is no minimum order required.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).  You can also call Toll Free and speak to a custmer service representative to establish terms.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is a process of converting existing artwork, such
as alogo into a stitch file that an embroidery machine
cansew on a garment.  Before any design can be sewn
it must be digitized.

What type of file formats can I submit for use?

Our highly experienced team can work with just about
any file type.

Can I use my own PMS color?

Yes, we provide PMS color-matching whenever possible. If PMS
color-matching is not possible on an item, the closest available
color will be selected. For embroidery, we will select the
embroidery thread color which most closely matches a specified
PMS color. Please speak with your customer relations specialist
regarding your specific color-matching request.

Are there any limitations on the types of graphics that can be reproduced with the embroidery process?

Once you have sent your graphic, our embroidery team
will review it and make specific suggestions. In general,
small text, fine detail, and color gradients can be
difficult to reproduce with embroidery. Also, the type
of fabric on which the logo is applied can affect the
level of detail that can be reproduced. Thinner
materials should be customized with logos that do not
have high stitch counts.

What are the Terms and Conditions of Sale?

Orders may not be canceled once customized embroidery production has begun. Orders canceled before actual production has begun will require written notice. Orders that can be canceled are subject to charges for all costs of processing and preparation that occurred prior to the receipt of cancellation notification.

Can I use a specific font in my artwork?

Yes. Our art professionals have access to thousands of fonts to provide you with the perfect font choice.

Is my credit card and account information secure?

Security is very important to us, and we take every precaution to protect our customers' account information. We are PCI compliant and keep all sensitive information on encrypted servers.

What if I'm having trouble with your web site or I find an error?

Are there oversize charges?

Yes, please refer to the pricing chart for more information. Once you are approved as a distributor, a customer service representative will forward you the pricing information.
